(1) ZAMVIL

(ITN020AI) evaluate effects of Lipitor on MRI activity, this is a
double blind placebo controlled trial, looking for pt's 18 to 50 years old
that are NOT yet diagnosed with MS and who have had a symptom w/in the last
48 days.

RRMS (relapse remitting MS)ONLY studies:

(2) BERLEX

306440 "BEYOND" studying the effects of Betaseron at 250 and 500ug
or copaxone (3arm trial) looking for pt's that have never taken copaxone or
any interferons 18 to 55 years of age.

(3) BNI-IMM004

This is one of our internal protocols studying the effects of
combination treatment with copaxone and Lipitor vs. copaxone alone. looking
for 18 to 55 yrs old and never had copaxone in past

(4) ComBiRx

Placebo controlled trial studying effects of combined use of
Avonex + Copaxone, avonex + placebo, or Copaxone + placebo looking for pt's
18 to 60 yrs old, naive to all MS therapies.

(5) ASSERT

Placebo controlled studying effects of copaxone + oral steroids
or copaxone + placebo looking for pt's 18 to 50 yrs old who never had
copaxone in past

(6) HERMES

u2787g placebo controlled trial studying the effects of Rituximab
looking for 18 to 50 yrs old that have a documented relapse in the past year
and washed off interferons and copaxone for at least 60 days

SPMS (secondary progressive MS) STUDIES:

(7) ABBOTT M03-654

Placebo controlled trial studying the effects of ABT-874
(Anti-IL-12 Antibody) looking for pt's 18 to 55 yrs old who have been off
copaxone or interferons for at least 3 months

(8) BAYHILL BHT-3009-01

Placebo controlled trial studying the effects of an
Antigen-specific DNA vaccination given in combination with Lipitor or given
alone, looking for pt's >18yrs old who have been off interferons for at
least 1 month

(9) ACHIEVE GA/9013

This is a trial studying copaxone vs. betaseron 250 or
rebif 44 looking for pt's 18 to 50 yrs old who HAVE been on betaseron or
rebif for at least one year

(10) ACORDA MS-F203

Placebo controlled trial studying the effects of
fampirdine on fatigue and endurance looking for pt's 18 to 70 yrs old who
can walk 25 feet with or without assistance

(11) DAC-1012

Placebo controlled trial studying a new compound called
Daclizumab looking for pt's 18 to 65 yrs old with at least 1 relapse in last
9 months and on an interferon beta

PPMS (primary progressive MS) ONLY:

(12) OLYMPUS U2786g

Placebo controlled trial studying the effects of
Rituximab looking for pt's 18 to 65 yrs old who have positive band or
elevated index in their CSF in last 2 years

BLOOD DRAW ONLY TRIALS:

(13) BAYHILL BHT3009-02

Blood marker trial looking for any male or female
that have been newly diagnosed with MS and are off all therapies

(14) T-GEN Gene Expression Trial

To identify a surrogate genetic marker to
be used in diagnostic testing and likely response to treatment
